6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a dumpster delivery, pickup, or scheduled work:

• Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information on our website.
• Short-notice cancellations or rescheduling may result in a fee, especially if the truck or crew is already en route.
• If we must reschedule due to weather, safety, or equipment issues, we will work with you to find the next available time.

7. Dumpster Use, Prohibited Materials, and Site Conditions

By renting a dumpster from Joe The Guy, you agree to use it safely and in compliance with local laws and our company policies.

• Prohibited Items: Certain materials may not be placed in the dumpster (for example: hazardous waste, chemicals, liquids, tires, batteries, and other restricted items). Please refer to our "Prohibited Materials" list or contact us if you are unsure.
• Weight and Fill Limits: Overloading the dumpster or exceeding weight limits may result in additional fees or require the removal of excess material.
• Access and Placement: You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the placement site. We are not liable for damage to driveways, surfaces, or underground utilities when you request placement in a particular location.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in additional charges, refusal of pickup, or the need to offload prohibited or excess materials at your expense.

8. Customer Responsibilities for Remodeling & Repairs

When we perform remodeling or repair services at your property, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project scope, existing conditions, and access.
• Secure any necessary permissions or approvals from landlords, HOAs, or other authorities.
• Keep the work area reasonably clear of personal items and hazards.
• Ensure pets and children are kept at a safe distance from active work zones.
